Hello,

I recently, purchased "peerlessmachines.com" server management package for $30. Now for that price I didn't expect much, however I needed a single issue solved, that affected the server as whole and the 100 accounts that were on it. For some odd reason PHP/CSS and images just weren't working on the server. Previously I relied on my server provider and cPanel techs, they could not figure the issue out.

So I got annoyed, as this was affecting my business, so I looked desperately for support elsewhere. So I said to myself "Why not come to Web Hosting Talk, I know they have server management people(s) over there". I wasn't looking to spend the world in my server being fixed, so I didn't, I found Peerlessmachines. I found Nick H was on, so I pmed him, I got a response the next minute and he said he'd take a look. And then I signed up for his $30 deal and submitted a ticket, I got a response in almost 2 minutes, then from there on when I opened a ticket or replied to one, I always got a reply back in UNDER 10 minutes.

Ticket I opened:

Purely amazing, I was looking for a fast service, to fix my server problem and he fixed it for me. No doubt he has a lot of knowledge on servers, seeing he surpassed cPanel's techs and also my own server provider techs; which they had been looking into the situation for over 4 days. He managed to fix it all in one day. I woke up (different time zones) and the server was fixed.

All I can say is that their services are amazing, for that price, you are not going to get ANY better than the services that was provided to me. I felt that I was his only customer, as he certainly treated me that way and the experience overall was 100%. He also has that special 'touch' of professionalism.

Thanks for reading... you don't know how relieved I am of my problem being fixed.
