Hello!

I'm going to launch my website very soon, but 2 questions to ask.

My first questions is how long do you think it can take until i start seeing customers signing up.

And my second questions is, how do I get my legal stuff done, like Terms And Conditions Page, and Copyrighting my website, you know stuff like that. Do I seek for a lawyer? Or is there another way i can do this? Thank you!!

Mods should move this to "running a hosting business". I'm sending you a message on AIM to discuss.

1. Plan on 12 months until you get your first reliable customer

2. Lawyer.

Good luck!

The first client all depends on you and you may want to check out http://hostlegal.com for TOS documents.

It can be one day or a week or a month. But it all depends on how you do the marketing and what all are you offering.

avidinteractive/avidnewmedia (the one who sells intellodesk) also offers a software with predesigned legal forms.

You may also want to try hostlegal.com for the legal forms and contracts and stuff like that.
