Thanks HostInspect 07-30-2002, 07:33 AM www.perldesk.com iamdave 07-30-2002, 03:54 PM I think TicketSmith is does this. cahostnet 07-30-2002, 05:43 PM perldesk is kind of dead at the moment. Haven't seen or head of any updates and the forum is shut down. I think John is using the script to run his perlbill softwae. Good way to get help to create a paid script!! JBS 07-30-2002, 05:47 PM PerlDesk is far from dead, 1.6 is in development. The forums will also return with the 1.6 release. cahostnet 07-30-2002, 05:50 PM Good news John, so you're working on things!! Can I ask why the forum was shut down? ntwaddel 07-30-2002, 06:15 PM how do you setup perldesk so if someone emails me at support@whatever.com it adds a ticket? JSpired 07-30-2002, 06:17 PM ntwaddel, You need to use the email piping feature included with the Perl Desk download. Excellent program, by the way. I think you'll really like it! ntwaddel 07-30-2002, 06:39 PM thanks, i'll check it out when i get home tonight :) LoRdMaGe 07-31-2002, 12:48 AM Thanks ;P WiseOnline 07-31-2002, 02:13 AM I love Ubersmith. billing and support. Gawd.. Who can ask for more? LOL - Maybe I'll get a free month now. :) baileysemt123 08-01-2002, 09:53 PM  Sure as heck wish I could get perldesk to so much as install. I followed the instructions to a "t" and I am getting 500 I.S.E's. Permissions are all right, paths are all right, everything's set according to the instructions... *sigh* I hear what a great program it is, but I am far from convinced -- and it's not worth $70 to me to keep fighting it. Does anyone know, does it even work on a box with suEXEC enabled???? :D Bailey dandanfirema 08-01-2002, 10:02 PM Yes, please pm me and I can help you cahostnet 08-02-2002, 07:48 AM Good news John, so you're working on things!!
