This last one is intresting. I did a whois lookup on a Morrocan ISP, and orderd the domain a day later.
In stead (after waiting 14 days) getting the domain, I saw it was active on Sedo, it took me one week (and allot of phone calls and emails) before I got my money back and they told me some Japanese customer has purchased it.
When I asked for a quote through SEDO, they were asking 5000 USD for it.

How big is the change that within 24 hours 2 people one in Europe the other in Japan order the same domain at the same hostingcompany.

Since I found hostingtime I have ordered several .MA (and other) domains besides that it sometimes takes up to 7 business days for the domain to be activated (everything is handled manually by fax in Morocco they say) they atleast deliver.

Besides HOOST and my Moroccan hosting company experience there are several other parties keeping them selves busy with scam.
