Regards Moodi linux-tech 09-27-2007, 04:46 PM I've been using it for a couple months now, no problems here at all. These guys also put out one of the best alternatives to kayako out there, so they've been doing something right for a while ;) Dougy 09-27-2007, 05:49 PM We use it at BudgetVM, and I like the way it works, but dislike that chat. The client makes my PC lag, and sometimes takes a long time for it to show up. I wish their end-user interface, for my clients, was better looking. mooodi 09-28-2007, 02:38 AM Yeah I have faced some trouble with it, sometime it take long for sending/receiving messages. Why such thing happen even a net speed is excellent  Bonnie24 09-28-2007, 03:57 AM got problems with the speed too, but in general is completely fine! LemCorp-Nahuel 09-29-2007, 10:04 AM I used it a few months: 1) Very Slow to display the image on your page 2) The client for the desktop is very slow also. And very unstable. But that's fine since it's free, and it works really well. (You can pay, but if you will only use 1 op. then you can have it for free). dotcomUNDERGROUND 09-30-2007, 07:43 PM I had terrible experience with Trio Live. The desktop client simply didnt do anything other than crashing. AC Support did try to help me finding out the problem but i already lost my intest in it then. Thoug yes Support Trio (the helpdesk) is a great product. And you can use it along with a standalone chat system easily. I use Support Trio for helpdesk and ProvideSupport.com for live chat. |
