I have a top level domain name that I registered through DYNU.com. Since April it has been down. I have tried to contact them almost twice a week either by phone or email. They never return my requests. I tried to then move the domain and SRS Plus has it locked and I have to work through DYNU to get that done. Does anyone know how to do this if DYNU fails to respond to me? Any help would be greatly appricated
