so what is it mean?

and i'm thinking to transfer my domain to another company

so is that possible with these status?

Roughly, it's the EPP version of 'Registrar Lock'

You can't transfer the domain while it's in that status. Contact your registrar, or reseller and ask them to unlock the domain for transfer.

Also, make sure your admin and reg,. contact email addresses are current.

Then, submit your transfer request from your new registrar.

For newly registered domains you will not be able to transfer away
