I have a couple of questions about the Create Date field shown as part of the result from a WHOIS database domain name search.
Question# 1: If a domain name is sold, would the Create Date change to the new date of the new ownership?
Question# 2: If a domain name is transferred from one registrar to another, would the Create Date change to the date of the new registrar?

Normally no, to both.

Creation date is unchanged. The "Last Modified" date is updated.
