So you will have to renew that..

I got the answer for the ticket i opened as:
Support on this license has expired and will need to be renewed before a sale and transfer.

Means license is valid but transfer can only be done after its support is renewed.
CE team also said the same.

Right now support cost $35 for 6 months so if you pay $35 to me then i can renew the support and get it verified again and then it can be transferred.

I won't renew it from my pocket as i am not using it

coz if i renew it and you don't purchase it then $35 will be waste for me.
