I have an idea for a project, as a result I am looking for a programmer whom wants to come in with me.
I will pay for everything ( Hosting, domain names, advertising etc ) . All the partner needs to do is be able to program. In terms of programming language id prefer PHP or ASP.NET .
The deal is straight forwards , programmer writes the script and we launch the idea as a potential money making business. Any revenue generated will be shared 50/50 . If in the event the business does not generate more than 5000 USD in revenue for the programmer within 365 days then I will pay the programmer 5000 USD in return for their ownership of the partnership ( if thats what they want)or the programmer can remain a 50% partner after the 365 days expires.
