I called cogent but their sales is closed right now

I was wondering if anyone here knew anything about CogentXP pricing?

They are going to be following up and sending me more information.

The e-mail I have sent to the moderators, the cogent representative, and also hostmaster@nocsol.com will be responded to.

When I have the response from their marketing department, not just the sales representative this will also be posted.

The lack of answers from the representative of nocsol gave indication that this is exactly what they were trying to do, confuse the customer by infringing on the trademark cogent by tacking on the letters XP somehow relating themselves to a special product offered only to nocsol by cogent and is copyright infringement and trademark infringement according to Cogent themselves.

Well I think it's a horrible way for ShareFile to "promote" his services.

It was just a way for people to "think he's better" than other people with Cogent. But it really means nothing.

The only way I can see that this will be resolved is if nocsol retracts and apologizes for using someone else's trademark and attempts to sell this trademark under their own brand ceases.

The CogentXP is a clear copyright infringement, this is already "Stated" by cogent reps themselves.

If their legal department is interested in this why demean this with comments like "Sickos" and riding this and that, its a clear violation and has caused a lot of confusion and two users have already mentioned within PM or e-mail that they were approached with a product called CogentXP, that is misleading, and clearly wrong.

J. Catterwell, I understand your impression of what you are reading but there is a lot that you cannot, nor I see from the other comments made in private to me.

Yep I understood that, Im currently witnessing the gangsta attitude by this nocsol guy.

I have been following this whole CogentXP issue here and in the Dedicated Offers forum. And here is what I think.

Samuel is just asking for trouble IMO. He keeps flaming NocSol for putting XP on his site. Clocker brought up something in a offer that was totally irrelavant to the offer being made. And then Samuel and Clocker continued to have a somewhat heated arrugent with NocSol over the whole thing.

Some of you guys are just acting like kids! Like Catterwell said:

I have to agree with him.

If Cogent has a problem with CogentXP they should bring it up with him. But he does not have to do anything about it until Cogent tells im to take it down or takes legal action against him. You guys have no say in what he can and can not say. You tell him to take down his CogentXP, thats just like me telling you to quit your buisnesses.

Give the guy a break, hes just exercising his right to freedom of speech. Last I knew we still had that. If that has changed feel free to tell us.
