Just want to get some statistics relevant for the web hosting industry (and for those who want to start one).
I believe most of you started the web hosting business as a one man (or two man) operation....
1. How many hours per day, total, do you spend on helping your customers, say per 100 customers? (assume: you have end-user control panel for your clients).
2. In average, what are the busiest hours when this is happening and how many cases do you handle for the given hours, per 100 customers? (please also list them, i.e. a. 12-3 (5%), b. 3-6 (2%), c. 9-12 (1%), etc). Note: still assuming you are using Control Panel.
3. What is the percentage of your customers you get just by posting an advertising at WHT?
That's all for now...
cheers,
