We were pretty happy with S-H-Com (aka. webhosting.cx) under it's previous owner Stefan Henke, but since OPM Inspire bought the company, service deteriorated substantially (one of our support requests was answered after six weeks, two others are still outstanding after months!).
After we received an erroneous bill (amount too high) recently, we tried to contact them: No replies to emails to Billing, email address given on their webpage is undeliverable, the FAX numbers given do not work and one of the phone numbers given has an announcement in German language only - the other number does not exist any more.
Looks like they are going belly-up soon.
We would like to migrate before that happens and are looking for the following:

Reseller Package (currently 5 domains) with WHM and Cpanel (for ease of migration)
at least 1GB space and 1GB/month bandwidth
unlimited other features (although we use little), IMAP mailboxes

We currently pay (or should pay, if it weren't for the erroneous bill) US$100/year.
