I have a trouble with Flash/PHP/XML Image Gallery.

When i try to upload pictures i got errors:

I am tried to do it on my local server(windows xp2 + apache + php 5.1.2) and vds server (FreeBSD 6.2 + apache + php 5.2.3)

What can be wrong? Please help!
