hi i have signed up for a domain through a company which is now unreachable through any means of contact, name iwantit.org. I urgently need to change the nameservers, being also a customer of the defunct jatol, what can i do?

You need to find the ICANN registrar your domain is actually though. Try going to whois.sc/yourdomain.com (replacing yourdomain.com with your actual domain) and look under the ICANN Registrar section. Contact them and they should be able to help you.

you do not need to directly contact them if they allowed you access to any admin area, from where you can edit the settings yourself...did they?
If not, then u will have to find the direct registrar as they could very well be a reseller. They site is down by the way.

this is the GoDaddy Reseller Program that your Registrar is most likely signed up into. So your best choice is to contact GoDaddy directly and raise a complaint. Good luck and keep us posted.

domains priced right are telling me to do the change from my account but how can i do these changes when i have no account? i hate these situations
