View Full Version : Intabill is a scam
pillsforall 09-13-2007, 10:53 PM STAY away from INTABILL they are scamers . Besides all the problem that they gave me during the 10 month ( double and triple charges to my clients , none explanation on why they are taking me more than 20% per month , without counting the rolling reserve , etc ) that I used them , besides all the money that they took me now they told me on September 6th that I could not longer sell Valium and Xanax but they are "refunded" all the payments made 20 days ago !
Like usually , nobody answer the phone and when they do , they give you none sense explanation that everybody of the Intabill team is in a meating .
Miklo 09-14-2007, 04:05 AM Try GSPAY, Tri-Hub or Lancore Merchant Services for pharmacy processing.
touol 09-14-2007, 08:45 AM The drugs you mentioned are from controlled drugs list. It is too heavy to find a processing home for them. You must be ready for such kind of surprises running the business especially with controlled drugs.
trinitron 09-14-2007, 09:26 AM Try GSPAY, Tri-Hub or Lancore Merchant Services for pharmacy processing.
LOL - They are Artists and can't place anything. Talk alot but don't do anything. They should call them self TALKPROCESSING - we talk and you loose business.:D
folsond 09-14-2007, 09:39 AM Use 2co and you will be happy

2co doesn't process pharmacy goods
jalami 09-14-2007, 12:01 PM Sounds like Intabill is trying to keep their Visa account alive for pharmacy processing -- Visa International is looking into anyone in the world processing INCB controlled meds (that includes xanax and valium) between countries without a specific import/export license.

Ok, try chronopay.com or standartpay.com
pillsforall 09-15-2007, 01:52 PM Ok, try chronopay.com or standartpay.com
Thanks , but standarpay :
"StandardPay is designed for membership-based websites only. "
And Chronopay only accept if you are basement in Europe .
Any other option ?
Thanks
hotdog101 09-17-2007, 11:42 AM Be carefull.
The user FOLSOND had just appeared here and does nothing but advertise for Chronopay/standardpay (same company).
Another reseller perhaps?

It won't be easy to find Visa processing for controlled meds in light of the new Visa international regs. Have you thought about adding online checks to the mix, if you're doing only credit card?
pillsforall 09-17-2007, 08:44 PM Jalami :
Thanks for the reply . Intabill is a disaster with the times that they take for the settlement of the check , so may be I had a bad experience .
Could you recomend me one that work in time taking checks/ach payments ?
I know that 2000charge.com do it , but I don't know their reputation .
Regards
Guillermo
jalami 09-17-2007, 09:02 PM I would heartily recommend 2000charge for check transactions and alternative payments, they are one of the best people to deal with in the business. Been using them for a long time now.
belkinrouter 09-20-2007, 11:41 AM I have also been having many many problems with IntaBill. The biggest problem of all happened recently. I had $2000+ of checks that got settled. So we shipped out about 10 different products to the customers since the checks were settled.
After a week or so… the checks Unsettled. They went back to pre-authenticated. So we shipped out the products and now they took away that $2000. So we lost what we paid for this products + the $2000+ were taken from us.
After reading about all of these scams I may have to stop processing for a while to see if I get my first rolling reserve payment which should be next month.
I also have many refund problems. Example: I refund someone $50..they never receive the $50 but it was taken away from my merchant account. I got many of those. Another problem is Intabill.com has never replyd to me to anything that I ask them. I never seen an email from them no matter how many times i email them.
There is also no way to fight chargebacks in this merchant account even though they are all fraudulent chargebacks.
just soo many problems.

Can someone please recommend me to a good and trustful merchant account?

yes, intabill is scam they charg back 30 dayes ago or 40 dayes
and they suspended my account when i tell him about my money
AndrasKar 11-03-2007, 06:16 PM well guys.
Intabill is not a total scam, but they lie a lot.
they charge %20 of your total transactions, and they never give you the rolling reserve. that is a fact.
pillsforall 11-03-2007, 10:11 PM what is the definition for a scam to you ? they say that they will take you a 7,5% and they ( at least ) take you a 30% per month and they pay you when they want it ( if they pay you , if they don't decise to simple shut down your account and keep your money )
JuanConnor 11-08-2007, 01:38 AM pillsforall we are operating from the same country, have you heard of CP2pay ? some huge network of sites in arg that operate with a .cc domain are using them, but i cannot find who they are
