I would... but I live in the US

I personally am situated in Scotland right now, and will be here for another two and a half weeks, after which time I will return to Canada, where the company that I represent, Incite Designs, is based.

Just one or two questions:

1) What is your budget for this project?

2) Concerning the webdesign, what exactly do you require? (Ex - HTML code for home page and sub page, all images *.gif optimized, and all adobe photoshop files)

After you have answered the above Peperami, we will make our level of interest known.

Is there a reason you are limiting this to designers in the UK? You would likely get a much larger response if you opened it up a bit. Nowadays you can have a voice session on your computer without incurring any long distance charges...

The reason I requested this is because I have been messed around so much, and also I have no longer access to a credit card, this also messes up paying via paypal as the only way to get money in to the paypal account is with a credit card, being in the UK.

Unless anyone else has any suggestions. I have had a few offers and have semi accepted someone to do this work for me, I need one site done now, plus in the up coming weeks if all went well with this first one, I need about 3-4 more sites done also.
