I was wondering if there were any billing programs with PayPal integration? I need a program that is like an Order Form where clients fill out the form, pay for what they filled out for via paypal, their information is stored on a database and invoiced, and all the information is e-mailed to me so I can setup their account. Does anyone know where I can find a program like this?

Both http://www.phpmanager.com and http://www.modernbill.com can be integrated to work with PayPal.

This isn't going to be for Web Hosting, so will PHPManager/ModernBill still work?

I haven't looked up either too in depth...
But I do believe they are client managment apps.. and not specific to what area they are used.

is Paypal integrated. It is very easy to install and modify.
It's called aMember, and can be used for web hosting or just about anything.

TeKiZeRo i am using perlbill. It is going to be fore my cpanel themes website. Right now since i don't have a gateway i am going to use paypal and it does have integration so that once the order is done on the thank you page you can add a pay now button. I really like perlbill because it has great support, i can customize it because it is open source and it has a great trouble ticket script built in (perldesk) if you want to email me at admin@cpskins.com i can show you what i have done. but right now i don't want to post it yet..
