There is a new bunch of accounts that transferred in to our server, and due to some convenience issues these people need to be put in a separate billing system than what we use now. The needs are too basic - it just needs to keep track of renewals, record invoices and alert. Suspension/enabling/account creation is not even necessary.

so i decided to ask advice.

what is the community's general opinion as to which free billing software comes out on top nowadays ?
