I need two VPS cPanel external licenses. I know the external price is $15 generally but I'd like to know if anyone has seen them cheaper. Softlayer has a package with fantastico and rvskins I'm using right now. This is preferred even if it's more than $12/m or even $15. Does anyone know of this bundle for external IPs?
