For others: I highly recommend Handynetworks if you need Windows servers. I had been with them for more than 1 year, and even I was using unmanaged server, their support team is helping a lot. Had no network trouble at all. Now they have been in their own datacenter, that I would assume they can have better control than the time they're in Data393.
