What are the reputed semi dedicated reseller providers who offer cPanel/WHM ?

I'm currently hosted by RSHosting, but I'm unhappy with the server perfomance, and hence looking to move out.

why don't you go with VPS? and what is your budget?

The semidedicated packages I've seen don't come with reseller capabilities. Maybe what you're after is a large reseller account? Judging by RSHosting's offer, you should be able to find plenty of similar sizes. Read some 30 threads in this section and you should be able to come up with a reasonably sized list of potential hosts to research further.

why don't you go with VPS?Opinions may differ, but I wouldn't use a VPS to replace a reseller accounts, unless my customer base would require some exotic features, and a dedicated would be out of reach.

Only ones I can think of are the webkore.net semi-dedicated reseller accounts :)
