Firestormhost appears to be off the radar or well under it. Emails to support bounce and their phone number is disconnected. Is it just me? The lights are still on.... but I'm not sure who's home. I've only got a couple of sites hosted there and am in the process of moving. They were great when they were around. Looking for comments.

Never heard of them, but it was interesting to see their shared accounts were more expensive then their reseller accounts, or did I mis-read something there?

Site is coming up for me.
But if they are not responding to your emails and phones, I think you may think about moving.
I cannot see an option to lodge a ticket directly in their helpdesk system, so the only way will be email itself.

Yes, they are still active as are my sites. I have not been left holding.... yet, but I think the writing is on the wall. The guy that runs it (Jim) has posted here as firestormnet several times but the last one I see is 2006. It's been over a month now that emails have not been answered. I didn't have anything pressing so let it go. But just recently I tried the phone and it was disconnected. Also I just noticed all the forums on the firestormhost site are down. I have just a few personal sites, nothing revenue generating and found another company, but thanks for the leads.

No emails no forums and no phone calls. That should be a good sign that they are not interested in business.
Any way, glad that you have already found a new host.
