Hello,

I need help!!

I run Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition and Plesk 8.2.

I have created a client and Assigned him "Template A" while creating this client.

Now, the client has upgraded his plan so I need to assign "Template B".

how do I do this?

Thanx

Oh yes, I remember doing this.
The client user name portion of the account stays unchanged
but...here comes the good one
the domain hosting portion may need to be deleted/recreated using the new package
warning-this deletes everything under the account-EVERYTHING
never had much luck with changing on the fly with plesk
sorry, maybe there is a plesk expert or 2 around here...guys???

Dude that does not sound to be a good control panel.

I never though Plesk was good, but that's IMHO.

Honestly if it can't be that bad, even free ones should have that kind of functionality.

It doesn't have to be removed, you just simply can't "update" the template. You need to change the limits manually, it's not too hard.

If you delete everything you're just creating a bigger hassle...

Yea, Plesk is kind of a pain to get use to but I personally love it.
