I've never heard of Cogent XP, is this a cogent product? If so, can you please post the promotional materials touting an extended product, as well as various specs details comparing the obvious difference between cogent and cogent xp.

Surely a product with this much viability to compensate for the lower quality bandwidth just offered by cogent is touted somewhere?

You can't push much bandwidth through a 64MB RAM machine.

Didn't we explain what Cogent XP was earlier in this thread? Not, to mention on multiple occasions, hasn't it been discussed.

First time I had seen it and looking for a DC with inexpensive bandwidth in the midwest US and east coast I became interested in this XP thing, then found another post today, looks as though its a sham though, waiting for confirmation information from cogent themselves.

The issue has been clarified by Robert. Cogent XP is a product of his, as he says. I've expressed that connectivity should be described as 'Cogent', as that is what it is. Ads should not be misleading (whether intentionally or unintentionally), and it seems a fair amount of people are confused by use of the term.
