I would like any 3rd party which allows manual input of orders or batch processing to contact me, I will be processing around $10-15k mininum..

If you are processing that much, then I strongly urge you to get your own merchant account as it will be so much cheaper in the long run. Plus I do not think that 3rd party merchant providers allow you to do a manual batch as it should be against their rules.
