H-Sphere does offer all those services and if you visit their partners page you will find plenty of H-Sphere hosts that offer such a setup. Vortech and JodoHost I believe do have SQL 2005 if not there are many others that offer everything you need for a reseller account.

Also H-Sphere 3.0 now offers Exchange reseller and Sharepoint reseller services as well.

i found many host who supports most of the features but they don't support "ASP.NET 2.0 ReportViewer Control".

i did inquiry at JodoHost but they too don't support "ASP.NET 2.0 ReportViewer Control".

please suggest me a good host who supports "ASP.NET 2.0 ReportViewer Control", i can increase my budget.

Humm OK this is a pretty common application and is normally supported by most hosts. I will PM you with 1 other place that you can try.
