I currently use #3 and I have not had any problems.
I never heard of #1 or #2

Phpwebhosting offers "un-metered" traffic, but if you read their TOS, you are restricted to 5GB. A friend of mine is hosted by them, he's told me that support isn't that great, and their secure server went down frequently.
I think AlwaysWebHosting would be your best bet. I've never been hosted by them, but have heard many positive comments. Also, my questions were answered in less than 5 minutes. (In more than 1 event.)
