I have what I feel is a good TOS, SLA, and Privacy Policy written.

I am just fixing to enter the hosting industry for shared hosting only.

I was wondering if anyone around here would mind taking a peek at those documents for me and let me know if there is anything obvious i missed.

I want to be sure my documents are fair to me and the customer and cover everything they need to.

You might want to take a look at Hostlegal (http://www.hostlegal.com) or if you would like your own attorney, Jeffery Cohen (http://www.internetlitigators.com/) would be someone to take a look at.

It would be difficult for someone to actually reply unless they were an attorney, in which case they would want to establish some type of relationship with you (which protects you and the counsel).
