Does anybody know where these servers are located? Also, does anybody know if you get your own IP with them? These are the only two things stopping me right now.. :)

You might want to forward those questions onto their customer service department.

That'll also give you a teste of how their support is.

There servers are more then likely located at rackshack, and I believe they have some with TimPD in the colo4dallas building. More, then likely most host offer a dedicated ip for a extra fee, it is usually considered as a "add-on", with most hosting accounts. What exactly do you need this dedicated ip for?

I think I'll go ahead and answer your question about getting a dedicated IP;

On their website, under account addons, it says:

$20/year per extra IP

So I'd assume that they do infact provide you with a dedicated IP.

Plans 3 and 4 ..........you have your own IP included in the package...........according to the FAQ on their site

Do I have my own IP?

Yes, with plans, DOT 3 and DOT 4

Easy to check:

http://www.racknine.com/tools/whois.php
- Enter the domain name "dot5hosting.com"
- Click "IP/Domain reverse lookup" to obtain IP
- Select "ain.net" or "arin web interface"
- Click left button which'll say "Lookup IP address"

Neat little things you can do with a couple minutes of time.
