I have in my hosting accounts one email address with many emails. I can access them using ‘webmail’

Is there a way to delete all of these emails without going page by page in the webmail?

Several options are available:

1) If you have root, install ConfigServer Mail Manage : http://configserver.com/cp/cmm.html then just empty the mail account.

2) Download all the messages with POP3 instead of using webmail.

3) Delete the mail account, then recreate it.

number 3 would be the easiest i think..

If you have shell access delete the messages from the folder /home/username/mail/domain.com/email_id/
