Haha.. yes. That will certainly prove whether or not they are actually providing the ammount of bandwidth they claim to.

Although, not many hosts allow video downloads, so doing so may be a violation of their TOS (I guess you'll have to read over it.)

Personally, this company has played too many tricks on its customers (my conclusion from reading others comments) for me to want to go with them.
