Hi everyone,
We are looking to provide MS-Exchange hosted accounts. (The ones with the free copy of MS-Exchange.)
We feel we should focus on our core business and are looking for a good company to resell from. We will have value-added services. We need a rock-solid company who provides an excellent SLA.
Who's in the game and who can provide a good wholesale price?
If you have an offer, feel free to PM me.

Appriver is among the better known provider of hosted exchange service. They have various partner programs. See the details at http://www.appriver.com/partners-spam-filter.asp
Then there is Intermedia.net that I use for my own email. They have a private-label reseller program that will allow you to sell their services with your brand name. If you don't want to sell under your brand name then they have a regular reseller program as well.

I hope this is what you are looking for.

Intermedia and groupSpark are the two biggest white label Exchange providers.

Intermedia.net seems like a good company to use. Does anyone know which reseller offers the best pricing for resellers?

Make sure you look at total service quality, not just price. Most will range from $7-$9 per mailox for the small mailboxes. That said, are you or your customers willing to pay the extra $2/month to work with a company that offer 24x7 support and that has a good uptime record?
Chooisng a company that you reseller is almost like chooisng a partner. So make sure you have one that fits all your needs (price, phone & support, marketing materials, training, private labeling, etc...)

I've used both Intermedia (left them because their servers kept disconnecting my users and the support wasn't good) and moved to AppRiver. They're OK, but just learned that they "Bounce and fail" emails after only 12 hours. What this means is that if there is a change to DNS or error, then email fails after only 12 hours. The standard for DNS change propagation across the Internet is 48 hours. I found this out because we've had a significant increase in warnings and failures in the past month... it drives my users nuts. I'd find someone else, I am.
