What would your ideal team be composed of for a reseller startup? Remember this is a new startup with not much capital to get going so keep the numbers as low as possible.

I'm thinking:

Owner/Director
Sales/Support Reps, 1-2 (possibly different people, outsource?)
Advertising/Marketing (Could be done by owner(s))
General admin ( Perform the basic tasks)

Your Ideal team would look like what? :)

I agree, I think it would be best to do that. Unless things begin to get out of control... it that case you could hire 1-2 support/sales persons.

Your team has to be be large (or small) enough and appropriately skilled to accomplish the objectives of your business plan within the constraints of your budget. You can't decide on a team in a conceptual void.

With all that you are going to have 5000-8000 dollars in salaries even before having clients, you will last about 3 days.
