This question is mainly aimed at those who use remote support advisors...
Most companies usually use Level 1,2,3 support teams... however what roles/jobs do you give each level of support? What permission level do you give each support level?
By that I mean, would you give Level 1 or 2 access to your cPanel etc or would you only allow them to answer general queries.
