I require a PHP (+MySQL) programmer to sort out our websites search engine.

At the moment we have a basic search engine where a user types in a phrase like "red coat" and the script searches the DB to find that exact phrase in a 3 given fields - name, description, keywords in a table.

I want it so that the phrase is broken down into keywords, and each keyword is searched for seperately and the results are sorted by the most keywords/the most instances in a record.
