Hi,

We're looking for one of the following:

Kayako eSupport Owned

Kayako SupportSuite Owned

We currently use eSupport, but will consider upgrading to SupportSuite if the price is right, please PM me with all offers.

Support/Upgrades are not necessary as we can get these directly with Kayako.

If license is with a reseller that provides support - great! We personally despise Kayako's support staff.

A license cannot be transfered with expired support/upgrades. You must renew it first before you can transfer it.
