Would it be correct to assume single homed cogent bandwidth?

I just talked with sales and its Cogent with level3 backup.

Ok so is this a good deal?Even though its with Cogent since it has leve3 backup? WHat i mean is that beter then rackshack?

Please read that. We are having a MAJOR ddos attack. Backup wont work durring an attack.

Could you please update your post? As we do have Level 3 backup, but durring a ddos attack NOTHING will work.
