I am looking to buy a trouble ticket or help system to cut down on spam. I want one of those that a person has to enter a cope they see so a real person has to be sending the mail. Anyone have any favorites?

You could look at PHPSupportTickets as one support ticket system. You could also use Trac or RedMine or osTicket or Dapper Desk. There are many.

Most should already have CAPTCHA items in there, if not, plugins should be available to add CAPTCHA.

If you can afford it, i would try Kayako, because i think it's brilliant :)
