Hi!
I've been in The Hosting Vortex(TM) for a very long time.
One of the things I see time and again..is the fact a wanna-be host fails to test their order links.
Even worse..they fail to verify that the links they post in a ad on here (or elsewhere) are correct and functional. It's easy to do..and..honestly..there is no excuse.
I decided to call Paypal yesterday. I was wondering if they would mind me using one of my own credit cards to test a paypal button. I would refund the amount back to the account..and I would get to test that too...and see what is emailed and whatnot as well.
They had no problem at all with me doing this.
I even used my personal Paypal account to do it..and it went off without a hitch.
I can't tell you how many times I've attempted signing up for a deal using a coupon code that had not been tested either.
There really is no excuse. Do it. Test it. You do want people to sign up and pay you..right?
