Is there anyone/company that would sell me a domain, less than $10 I'm hoping, through PayPal? I hate PayPal, but without a Credit Card its hard.

well, i am asking if there are any registars on here that will take it...I am starting a hosting company and I have funds in my PayPal account. A .net or .com will be fine.

You can find one of mine that's not in use if you'd like. If you were in Kansas City, kccomps.com would be a good one. ;)

Joey, self-advertisement in the main forums is not allowed by the forum rules.

dreamHOBO, go to paypal's shopping section and see if you can find a registrar that takes paypal.

Namecheap also accepts PayPal. I've registered two domains this way :)

Send the payment ($8.88/yr) to payments@namecheap.com and make sure you include your username and domain name in the comment box. They'll set it up in a day or so.

I know the rules and my post was fine. Where did I advertise? If there's a domain in that list that someone can put to use and it's not being used, feel free to let me know and I'll point the A record whereever you need it. I'm not going to charge anyone, but I might as well not let it go to waste.

I see. Thanks for clarifying that. I read your initial post and it sounded like an offer.

Hmm.. no C/C, and only has a PayPal account. People lie about their age, get PayPal accounts and can't use a C/C because their not 18 and can't get one. Seems fishy to me.

When I joined PAYPAL, that rule had yet to be put into effect.

You cannot activate a PayPal account unless you have a valid credit card. ;)

Anyways, I recommend going with NameCheap.com as well. They have unsually fast reponse times as for support goes and they accept PayPal.
