Is there anyone/company that would sell me a domain, less than $10 I'm hoping, through PayPal? I hate PayPal, but without a Credit Card its hard.

Peter Acroplex 07-27-2002, 02:46 PM RegisterFly.com takes paypal, go register the one you like. elevation 07-27-2002, 03:13 PM Namecheap also accepts PayPal. I've registered two domains this way :) Send the payment ($8.88/yr) to payments@namecheap.com and make sure you include your username and domain name in the comment box. They'll set it up in a day or so. Joey 07-27-2002, 04:40 PM Originally posted by ckpeter Joey, self-advertisement in the main forums is not allowed by the forum rules. I know the rules and my post was fine. Where did I advertise? If there's a domain in that list that someone can put to use and it's not being used, feel free to let me know and I'll point the A record whereever you need it. I'm not going to charge anyone, but I might as well not let it go to waste. ckpeter 07-27-2002, 04:44 PM I see. Thanks for clarifying that. I read your initial post and it sounded like an offer. People lie about their age, get PayPal accounts and can't use a C/C because their not 18 and can't get one. Seems fishy to me. interactive 11-20-2002, 07:45 PM Originally posted by Multi-Cap Hmm.. no C/C, and only has a PayPal account. When I joined PAYPAL, that rule had yet to be put into effect. progex 11-20-2002, 09:00 PM Hmm.. no C/C, and only has a PayPal account. You cannot activate a PayPal account unless you have a valid credit card. ;) Anyways, I recommend going with NameCheap.com as well. They have unsually fast reponse times as for support goes and they accept PayPal. AntiSpamHosts 11-21-2002, 12:30 AM Well, i've been using RegisterFly for almost 5 months, and then all the sudden I got bombarded today with 'My Company Accepts PayPal'... Multi-cap, you bastard, you brought me spam ;) jgerdes 11-21-2002, 02:17 PM www.e-gws.com/paypaldomains/ accepts paypal at $9 a domain |
