I think I've been with OpenSRS resellers for the most part. However, I just switched to an eNom reseller and couldn't be happier!
1. Price: $8-10. Can't beat that!
2. DNS services: What a great feature! I can manage my own DNS, and I can see any changes I make through my ISP in seconds! No more waiting 12 hours to a few days for my ISP to figure out that I changed my nameservers. Furthermore, I get 5 reliable, geographically dispersed and anonymous nameservers rather than a host's 2 nameservers that oftentimes point to the same server that the site is hosted on. DirectNIC at $14.95 doesn't have DNS at all, ******** at $13.95 only allowed me 4 records and no CNAME, making it unuseable as an alternative DNS solution.
3. Customer Service: Can be just as good as those more expensive non-eNom resellers, provided you research first and find the ones that have already gotten positive reviews.
Needless to say, I'm very happy I made the switch to an eNom reseller. :)
