Im starting to research the targeted traffic market...I will be opening a site soon and I plan on investing the few hard earned dollars a "struggling college student" has.

Anyone had experiance with this company? If so could you post some feedback on your experiances. OR can you please give me information on any other "targeted traffic" agencies. I need something as affordable as possible, but I want to hear from trusted friends that its real and not some bot thats probing my site while i dish out the cash.
