When I last logged in there (yesterday) there was a notice that they would be doing some back end work between 11 and 1 AM. I'd imagine this was part of that update.

Yeah things happen - people make mistakes during upgrades unfortunately. Usually the gateways / platforms try to do work around in the middle of the night when the least amount of transactions would be affected if anything were to happen.

They should update their Apache :P
