HERE IS THE LAST REPORT. THIS HAPPENED ATLEAST 6 TIMES!!!!!

Lets first start off with what you received for the small price you payed. We originaly took you on assuming you would be using 100 Gb transfer a month. This 100 Gb transfer turned into 300 gb per month. Did we charge you for this once? Heck no. We set you guys up on a 5 month lease to own plan for 250.00 a month. At the end of the 5 months you would own the server. The server specs are as follows:
Dual P3 866(512 Cache not 256k)
1 Gb Ram
3 X 80 Gb Hd(RAID 5)
2u black Case, with air filter
Dual Ethernet
56X Cd Rom
Floppy

All that for interest free payments with 100 GIGS of BANDWIDTH(Which turned out to be 300 gigs a month). So give me a break, our connection we had you on, went out and we cut you short a whole 8 days of the lease to own agreement. You really made out bad here. If we really wanted to be rotten here we would go after you for the hundreds you owe us in bandwidth costs. We agreed to send you the ram that was left out after inspection of your server. We still intend to do so, but we DO NOT tollerate you spamming our email and trouble ticket system after 7 days of no emails with "I WANT MY RAM!!!!." So please, think twice before dishonering a company, who has done nothing but gave you the best deal of your life time.

Yes this is the server I was suppost to get. With 1 gig of ram, well as of today my new host nor myself has seen this ram and after 20 emails I finally got them to respond only to say-and I quote:
" Could you please stop spamming our email box? Your ram will be sent shortly." Could some one out there please tell me what shortly is! You have stated that the server came with 1 gig of Ram why "shorlTy" why not now? If the server had a gig why do you say will send shortly? The server has been gone since July 15th (12 days) when you said and once again I quote:
"When we ship systems we fully inspect them to verify they are working 100%, we have your stick of ram sitting right here, and will ship it whereever you like just give us the address."
I replied that day where to send it and have not heard from you since! (although I have emailed them everyday asking about it) The only time I have recieved an answer is when I went on a spam attack, then and only then did they respond with that "your ram will be sent shortly"
300 gig is what I normally push and these people responded to this ad posted right here on this board here:

I clearly state that I use between 1/2-1 Mbit per month. So once again Bull crap!

As far as me doing 300 gigs there is No way as I was down to many times and lost to much traffic due to down times to be able to do this. I still have the webalizer stats to prove this as well! I still have all the internetseer reports to confirm my statements. Once again I ask WHERE IS MY RAM? I PAID FOR IT AND WANT IT NOW! NOT SHORTLY NOW! Oh and as for 8 days early thats a lie as well My lease was to be up on the 23rd I went a week without service before I had the server picked up! So I went 15 days early. Because you had no line and yet you id not send me back any money only caused me more grief. If these people would have just replied to an email and sent my ram they nor I would have to be here!

These guys are forcing me to report to the CC company this act of fraud, seeing I paid for and never recieved the complete server as agreed. Can any of you believe this crap from a host? Please private message me for any thoughts on how else I can go after these guys for what these guy do. I am also contacting paypal in regards to this matter.

Though an extra ~1000gb of traffic (200gb/mo x 5 mo) does cost you more than a couple days of downtime you are contractually obligated to provide everything written down on paper and could be sued in the event those obligations are not met.

It's the tough part of being nice, not everyone else is as understanding as you are.

Oh for crying out loud! Obviously this is a case of "host and client no longer having an use for each other." Just send him the ram and be done with it.

Thank you ATST that is all I am looking for! The ram is worth about 150 dollars for good Ram. And to Racknine you sir I guess don't read very well, I am sure had I come close to using that kind of bandwidth they would have billed me, BUT I have the web stats to prove that this was NOT the case! I guess you too as a "HOST" don't see much value in your customers down time either, 8 days of down time in the adult business will destroy all that has been done! This is high dollar stuff not your nickle and dime games you play as a so called host this is real money! REAL hosts like isprime.com do care and understand that time is money, big money. Oh and as far as webstats I have webilizer on all sites 2 different counters on each and 2 monitering services for each and all the records that go with them. Plus every email ever sent to prove I owe them nothing! They even admitted that the ram was not sent most likely because they never had it and that would be another blackmark against them as this was part of the contract and was suppost to be in the server for the 5 months!
