We are looking for a new designer to design and create web sites for us. We have a lot of projects that we'd like to complete, but we have been unable to find an individual or company that can do this, quickly, at an affordable price, and create great designs (flash, etc.). We would be willing to hire them full time, part time, or simply outsource this to them. If they are based in India or another country, that would be acceptable also. If you can recommend someone, it would be very helpful if you could include some of their work also.
