Hello,

Is it a good idea to run Windows 2003 server standard 64bits instead 32bits for a server (IIS + PHP + MYSQL + DNS + HELM)?

I don't find PHP in 64 bits right now.

Processor is: Quad-Core Intel® Xeon® processor X3220, 2x4MB Cache, 2.4GHz, 1066MHz FSB

Thanks.

To be honest, under windows, the 64 bit support and driver availability is terrible. Unless you have more than 4 GB memory, I would stick with the 32 bit version.

I did find a 64bit version of php here http://icrontic.com/forum/showthread.php?t=46956 when testing on windows 64, but I found no significant performance benefit, so if you don't need the extra memory, it's really not worth the effort.
