Hi there,

I'm looking for a good piece of software to put on our Red Hat linux servers that will monitor internal usages etc.

I would like to look at CPU, memory, MySQL, I/O, bandwidth usage, etc in real-time and more importantly in trends by day, week, month in a GUI or other web-frontend.

I don't mind paying for the software but I don't have much of a budget for buying it, a few hundred max.

Thank you for any suggestions!

Warm Regards,

Brian

I was looking for this kind script also :) Thanks for thread :)

Also, i would like to know if there is a script for monitoring which site use what resource or maybe something similar.

Because till few days my server's resource is getting used much than normal and it causes higher loads on server, i would like to track which site is causing it.

Thanks

Check out http://www.zabbix.com/. A monitoring software that is real-time (5 second polling) with the ability to display graphs in a specific timeline. It's like munin. But php/mysql based and probably a little more configuration involved.

We use zabbix. It works very well for our needs of monitoring different servers around the data center, not only ours but also customer machines.
