i am looking for a new template for a creloaded b2b site . is algozone any better or worse than template monster ? I had a bad experience with a template monster template for zencart.

I did notice that most the algozone templates offer two different versions of each template , a 6.2 and a 6.2 B2B (B@B) version . Template monster only offers one version. My knee jerk reaction is that algozone might be a better choice because i am using the B2B version but that might be a bad assumption ...

I have purchased from both and received a much better quality template from Algozone.

Personally I like templatemonster because there are hundreds of quality designs. And I think that if you buy a template you should tailor it to your needs.

I used algozone way before templatemonster started to sell oscomerce and cre template. I think algozone has better approach to developing templates.
Tried template monster and it is not very intuitive. I can see it is done in the rush without any thinking.
They have nice templates no doubt but tuning them to your site will be a pain.

FYI. Algozone also have hundreds of templates.

See if this will help you.

Some items there I find to be true.

how come TM doesn't have different versions for creloaded pro and creloaded b2b like algozone does ? what is the difference ?

Im kinda hesitant to use TM because ive used their zencart templates and they are horse**** .

For paid templates, I've always used templatemonster. For free projects, I use something like free css templates (http://www.freecsstemplates.org/) which has over 200 well designed CSS templates. In fact, I'm thinking of redoing a business website, and may use one of those for that ;)

Because the TM templates are "one size fits all." The TM templates were designed graphics first, then chopped up and retrofitted onto the cart. They don't always work 100%, and the result is sloppy and disorganized.

The AlgoZone templates are customized to work as smoothly/intuitively/properly with the particular cart as possible. The different carts each do some things a bit differently. AZ takes that into account, TM does not.

Totally agree. I find Algozone templates to be more flexible. They use text driven menus and buttons.
It is a relief when I set up 2 languages for my clients. Vs. in TM you need to create 2 sets of images and doing some other changes. Basically, TM is mostly a cookie cuter and no thought evolved :(

I actually noticed on one of Algozone templates that I got very nice JavaScript modules for customer login and cart content. Did not expected to have that. Cool.

I've heard great things about 4templates.com
Never used them myself, but I know a few people who have and they had nothing but good things to say.
