Hello all, I am now confused on where I should go to check the Google Pr of domains. I have been using seochat.com, but one of the guys I talked to said that they are not accurate and that most domains have fake Google PR.

What site do you all use to check the Google PR of expired domains, and how can you be sure that it is not fake or forged PR?

Thanks

Ok, this is easy. Get Firefox explorer, then google seo for firefox and it will bring up an extension for firefox browser. When you install this you will be able to right click any web page and have an option that says SEO for Firefox--> then Look this page up. It gives you the PR with all kinds of other useful info.

Thanks for the tip, but that won't work.

The reason I need this is because I do a lot of searching for expired domains with Google PR. I get a list of sometimes 9,000 expired domains, and then I go through each one of them (100 at a time) and pick out the ones that have a decent Google PR. I then check each one that has PR to make sure it is real PR and not forged.

Basicly I need a site that I can lookup the pagerank of a domain that has expired, and it has to be a site that I can trust the results it displays, otherwise my search is pointless.

Thanks for any advice!

Take a look at this article:

It's very easy to fake a site's PR, so be careful with your purchases. You might also want to Google "fake pagerank detector" for more help with this.
